How Your Trial Session Works

In a 30 to 45-minute session, you'll get an introduction to my personalized training approach. We’ll start with a brief conversation to discuss your goals and needs. After that, we'll dive into a tailored workout designed to match your current fitness level.
The trial session is completely free and non-binding – a perfect opportunity to get to know me and my training style.
Please bring a towel, comfortable workout clothes, and, most importantly, your motivation – we’ll take care of the rest together on site!
